The concert at St.Mary’s Church in Ambleside will be the final gig of my Spring Tour and a celebration of the release of my new CD ‘Red Thread’.

Olivia will be joined on the night by Stroud based musician Asha McCarthy who will be opening the concert with her beautiful songs and joining Olivia on some songs with cello and harmonies.
Asha McCarthy is a multi instrumentalist, singer-songwriter and producer. Asha has performed internationally at venues as diverse as Glastonbury festival, India Habitat Centre, Royal Festival Hall.  Her song “Apart Together” was featured on ITV.
As a cellist, she has performed with Seal, Alison Moyet, Guy Barker Jazz Orchestra, and played on recordings with artists such as Christina Aguilera, Latto, Kuljit Bhamra.
Her solo project is self recorded and produced, and her tracks have been featured on Spotify editorial playlists including “The Most Beautiful Songs In The World” and on BBC 6 Music.
She is a performer in North Indian classical, Western classical, and Folk music and has performed internationally. Asha’s music draws from the rich and diverse musical heritages that she is grateful to have received.

Olivia will also be joined on stage by the group of women who were part of the women’s singing circle that she ran in Kendal last autumn and whom feature on one of the recordings on her new CD ‘Red Thread’ as well as her iconic music video ‘When We Sing’ which was filmed in Rydal Cave.
